Crossville Mayor J. H. Graham, III has announced the appointment of two men to local civic boards.

Local attorney Kevin D. Poore has been appointed as a member of the Crossville Regional Planning Commission. His term of office will expire March 1, 2016.

Graham also announced the appointment of Dewey Peterson as a member of the Crossville Housing Authority to fill an unexpired term of office. Peterson’s term of office will expire May 30, 2012. Peterson is pastor of the New Beginnings Fellowship and has played an active role with Habitat for Humanity.

Both appointments are effective immediately.
