Cookeville, TN – Drs. Lee Ray Crowe, Dalia Miller and Freedom Ikedionwu of the Cookeville Regional Medical Group (CRMG) have relocated to a new office located in Cookeville Regional Medical Center’s Professional Office Building, Suite 201, located on the Fourth Street side of the hospital.

Board certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology, both Dr. Crowe and Dr. Ikedionwu are specialists in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases and conditions of the kidneys. Board certified in Neurology, Psychiatry and Sleep Medicine, Dr. Miller is a specialist in diagnosing and treating patients with neurological problems and disorders.
CRMG is a multi-specialty physician group consisting of primary care and specialty physicians employed by Cookeville Regional Medical Center. The growing trend nationwide is physician employment by hospitals. CRMG has offices in several locations in Cookeville. Cookeville Regional has over 200 physicians on its active medical staff, many of whom are not employed by the hospital but do treat patients in the hospital.
